02Account Registration & Eligibility

To register with 99win, you must meet the eligibility requirements below. If these conditions are not fulfilled, 99win reserves the right to close the account at any time.

• You must be at least 18 years old.
• Only one account per person is allowed.
• Your full name, mobile number, and date of birth must be entered accurately during registration.
• Your account must not be shared with or used by anyone else.
• Your NID or passport may be requested at any time for identity verification.
• Accounts registered using a proxy or VPN will be terminated.

After registration, a verification code will be sent to your mobile. You'll need to enter this code to activate your account. Additional identity verification may be required for large withdrawals.

03Deposit & Withdrawal Rules

To ensure full transparency in all transactions on 99win, we strictly follow the rules outlined below.

• Deposits must be made from a mobile banking number registered in your own name.
• Withdrawals will be sent to the same account used to make the deposit.
• Wagering requirements must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn.
• Payouts may be held for review if a transaction is flagged as suspicious.

04Bonus & Promotion Terms

99win offers a range of bonuses and promotions. These are subject to specific terms, and withdrawals will not be permitted until wagering requirements are fulfilled.

• Welcome Bonus: 100% on your first deposit, up to ৳5,000. Wagering: (deposit + bonus) × 10.
• Reload Bonus: 10% every week. Applicable to deposits made from Tuesday through Sunday only.
• Cashback: 5% of net weekly losses, credited automatically to your account every Monday.
• Bonus funds may only be used once per account.
• If bonuses are claimed through multiple accounts, all bonuses will be forfeited.
• 99win reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer.
• Any changes to bonus terms will be announced via a notice on the platform.

05Betting Rules & Restrictions

When placing bets on 99win, the following rules must be followed. 99win reserves the right to void bets and restrict accounts for any violation of these rules.

• The minimum stake per bet is ৳50 and the maximum is ৳50,000.
• Odds for each event are set before or during the match and may change at any time.
• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled — the only way to exit is by using the Cash Out feature.
• 99win is not liable for any losses caused by network delays during live betting.
• If a match is cancelled or incomplete, your stake will be refunded.
• In the event of any dispute regarding results, 99win's decision shall be considered final.

06Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 99win. Any violation will result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of associated funds.

• Creating multiple accounts to claim bonus benefits.
• Creating an account using a false identity or in someone else's name.
• Automated betting using bots or any third-party software.
• Attempting match fixing or gaining any unfair advantage.
• Selling or transferring your account to another person.
• Using the platform for money laundering purposes.
• Attempting to hack or carry out a cyberattack on the platform.
• Defrauding or harassing other users.

07Account Closure & Suspension

99win may temporarily suspend or permanently close any account for the following reasons.

• Violation of Terms & Conditions.
• If identity verification fails or false information is found.
• If suspicious or unusual transaction patterns are detected.
• The user requests account closure themselves.
• Extended inactivity on your account (over 12 months).

You may also request account closure at any time by contacting our support team. Please withdraw your balance before closing. Any remaining balance in a closed account will be refunded within 30 days (excluding bonus funds).

08Responsible Gaming

99win takes responsible gaming seriously. We believe betting is for entertainment only and should never lead to financial hardship.

• Deposit Limit: You can set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits.
• Session Limit: You can set a limit on how long you play in a single session.
• Cooling-Off Period: You can take a break from betting for a set period of time.
• Self-Exclusion: You can keep your account inactive for anywhere between 6 months and 5 years.
