Registration & Account

To register at 99win, you need an active Bangladeshi mobile number, your full name, and date of birth. You must be at least 18 years old. A national ID card or passport copy may be required for KYC verification. The registration process takes just 2–3 minutes.

No. Under 99win's policy, each person is allowed only one account. Attempting to create multiple accounts may result in all accounts being suspended and balances forfeited.

KYC verification must be completed before your first withdrawal. Simply upload photos of the front and back of your National ID or passport, along with a selfie. Verification is typically completed within 24 hours.

To update certain details such as your mobile number or name, you will need to contact support and verify your identity. Your password and some other profile information can be changed directly from Account Settings.
